Rotacha Reese Saunders is the CEO of S & S Logistics Services as well as an operator.  Prior to working in the Transportation Industry, she had a 25-year career with the former Bellsouth/ AT &T Advertising and Publishing Company and predominantly worked in a customer service capacity where she learned to read contracts, problem solving & critical thinking, negotiate, resolved billing issues and other customer disputes.

Deciding to embark on a new path, she enrolled at Clayton State University to pursue a degree in Supply Chain Management. In the process of researching possible business opportunities in the Transportation Industry, she and her husband realized that owning their own trucking company would provide them with the financial freedom and boundless growth opportunities that they needed. Hence, they stepped out on faith w/ the guidance of Sheldon Moore as their “Coach” to start S & S Logistics Services, LLC in September 2020. In December of 2021, Rotacha received her degree in Business Administration- Supply Chain Mgmt. and is now the “owner of her destiny! “

Brian E. Saunders is the Co-Founder/Chief Operating Officer and an operator of S & S Logistics Services, LLC.  Brian is a diesel mechanic for Metro Atlanta Rapid Transit Authority (MARTA).  He formerly held the position as Shop Foreman in the Bus Maintenance department for approximately 2 years and realized he missed the “hands on experience” that came with working as a mechanic and took a position as a rail mechanic working on trains to enhance his skills. After years of toying with the idea of becoming an OTR driver, he and his wife decided that starting a box truck business would be a good introduction into the transportation industry.

Brian graduated from Mercer University in 2016 with a degree in Human Services. He also has a degree in Automotive Mechanics form Georgia Piedmont Tech and Certified Motorcycle Technician. Brian has just completed a CDL Certification course, in preparation for expanding into a Semi-truck.
